Regarding the lightning talks
For the lightning talk session on Tuesday, we would like to have 5 minute presentations. If you have something that you would like to show, bring it with you. If you need slides, bring them in PDF format. Our presentation system runs Linux and does not have Office.
Social event
We will have a three hour boat tour on board the "Commodore" with beautiful
views of Hamburg's harbour and the Elbe while having dinner. We board the
boat at 19:00 and return at about 22:30. Note that it is not possible to
leave the boat in between.

Hotel contingent available
A limited contingent of hotel rooms has been arranged with the IntercityHotel Hamburg Dammtor-Messe. The rooms are available until 12.04. See Conference Location / Book Room.
Registration is now open.
Early registration is available until March 31.
Authors have to register until March 25.

Author notification: March 7, 2018
Final draft papers due & presenter registration(*): March 25, 2018 (* Papers for which no author has registered by this date may be dropped from the program.)
